I'm loving the simplicity in the newest Kanye video. He's always bringing something different artistically. Can't wait for the new album (808's & Heartbreak). Kanye West - Love Lockdown

It's good to see my dude Usher back from the hiatus but I think marriage affected his art. This latest album (Here I Stand) doesn't feel like the real Usher I'm use to. There are a few tracks I do like listening to, he's released a video recently for my favorite song on the album, take a listen/look.... Usher - Trading Places

Normally she's giving other rappers the dirt business with her rhymes, but this time Jean Grae goes quasi sexpot in this video from her "Jeanius" album (July'08). I like the play on the old Robert De Niro flick "Taxi" (still need to buy that one). Jean's been in the game for awhile, but since real Hip Hop isn't played on the radio our girl has called this her last album (of 5 or 6), but rumor says she could be back. Either way, support real Hip Hop please. If you don't know the difference you better ask som

Oh man, I can't believe it but I like this song LOL!!!! It's my guilty pleasure junk food right now. It's best heard with a girl dancing to it in lingerie in your living room though.T-Pain - Can't Believe It (feat. Lil Wayne)

Common has teamed up with Skateboard P (Pharrell) on this track from his upcoming project (supposedly titled Invincible Summer). Hey, notice the headphones in the beginning of the video, they're the new cans by Dr. Dre.Common - Announcement

I love it when music videos aren't typical & lets face it Hip Hop fans...we don't see that often (which is a reason why I haven't watched videos on BET in years!!). In the spirit of the Olympic Games, Kanye West releases a playful video from his Graduation album(I think this is the 6th vid. from that album).Kanye West - Champion

Me Against The World was a huge album & one of my favorite tracks was one where Tupac shares a letter he writes to god describing the pain & paranoia he feels. The video was filmed in 1995 while Pac was spending time behind bars (which is why he's not in it). In the song Pac describes how his behavior could be what finally brings him to his death, & like he says in the song......many thought/think his actions were calculated to come to pass. Pac, we miss you. I know the game would definitely be different if

Since I was a kid I've always had an affinity for anything robotic.....Yo, I LOVE ROBOTS!! In dedication to that I had to post this next video. This song blew me away the first time I heard it & I was impressed by the simplistic video as well (nice old school grain/saturation feel). Daft Punk killed it with this one!.......did I mention I loved robots........I'm going to see Wall*E tomorrow dammit!Daft Punk - Robot Rock

This has to be one of my favorite videos of all time. The idea to use kids was genius (I was wondering how they were gonna do it since the vid. came out after Biggies death). Check out 112 on the stage at the end, Ma$e with the red hat on, Snoop Dogg offering a bottle of bubbly in the club. Classic!!!!! I never figured if that was suppose to be Lil Kim or Faith with the golden locks though, probably Faith. Without further a due:Notorious B.I.G. - Sky's The Limit (feat. 112)
